Commercial management

System and equipment maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's standards, technical standards and terms of use, procurement and stockpiling of expendable parts, as well as obtaining technical documentation as provided by law.

Administration

Technical maintenance
  • Performing regular checkup includes control, adjustments, lubrication, alignments, removal of corrosion, paint, equipment cleaning, etc.
  • Repair and maintenance of the equipment in case of failure
  • Urgent interventions (communication with contractors and troubleshooting)
  • 24 hour emergency intervention line  is available to all facility users and BFM staff
  • All irregularities noticed during regular checkup , as well as regular maintenance, are reported through the emergency line
  • Notifications can be sent via telephone, fax, e-mail, text message, and through the control system of the building
  • Major repairs of technical devices and equipment (is done under a separate contract with the client)
  • Replacement of damaged/defective equipment (is done under a separate contract with the client)
